This varsity sweater is a great piece from an era of the 1950s when high school and collegiate knits were at their greatest. This was sold in Silverwoods stores that were first launched in 1894 in Los Angeles. The Grewé brand is one that was most common in letterman sweaters and varsity jackets. This piece is in great condition for being almost 70+ years old with only modest wear.Condition:
This is a 70+ year old vintage garment that has signs of wear, but nothing glaringly obvious. There is a hole in the back and sleeve. There is no size, but this is ideal for a size Small.
