All items are final sale, unless specified otherwise. Items that have issues not referenced in the listing or if the measurements are dramatically different then previously mentioned, a refund for store credit may be assessed.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on new merchandise if not as described. All items must be in new condition with the original tags attached for a store credit only. You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

Return requests must be submitted through to info@paradisefoundnyc.com for approval. At this time, returns are only available to customer within the United States. If you are an international customer, please email info@paradisefoundnyc.com to submit a request for return. Please note that this does not guarantee a return is automatically approved.
